Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return the item within 14 days from the day you receive the item. The product must be in unused, in original packaging and we will refund your payment. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges for sending the item back. Once we receive the product and have verified that it is unused and in original packaging, we will refund your payment in the same way the item was paid. Please note all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If exchanging the item, there will be a $25 admin fee, which includes shipping from us to you. Exchanged item must be in brand new condition.
All returns will need a RA (Return Authorization) form from us. Please email us for the RA form prior sending the product back. Failure to do so will slow down the return process or the return maybe rejected.
Warranty Policy:
All of our products carry one year (12 months) warranty from the PilotHID.com directly. Extended warranty plan is available for purchase on our web site. See: http://www.pilothid.com/warrantyplan.html The warranty is not transferable. If the product is defective within one year after your purchase date, we will replace the item at no cost. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any warranty claims. If the item is abused or modified, it will not be covered under warranty.
Any defects due to water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact will not be covered under warranty. Any modification to the system, or operation on a automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products will not be covered.
All warranty claims will need a warranty authorization form from us. Please email us for the warranty form BEFORE you send back the parts for warranty replacement. Along with the warranty form, the purchaser must also submit a copy of the sales receipt. Failure to do so will cause denial in warranty claims. No exceptions.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We use UNITED STATES POST OFFICE Priority Mail & Express Mail. For International Shipping, we use EMS (Express Mail Service) through UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Depending on the item weight & shipping method, shipping costs vary. To find out the exact shipping cost, put the items in the shopping cart and check out, you'll see the calculated shipping cost.
PAYMENT
We take VISA, Master Card, and American Express through our online, secured web. We also take PayPal (confirmed address ONLY). Our PayPal ID is sales@PilotHID.com If you'd like to pay via Money Order or Cashier's Check, please contact us first before ordering.

We will ship the products ordered
Only to the

listed with your credit card company. If the shipping address and billing
address do not match, the order will be on hold and will not be processed.
